Addendum

October 23rd, 2007

Just looking back at yesterdays’ post/ moan, I thought I would let you know it wasn’t all bad….Friday evening saw the birth of what will be David and my neice (David’s brothers’ child) – 7lb 11oz, Katrina Erin Jane McCurdy. According to David’s granny “she’s just perfect” and in a family of all boys, will no doubt be spoilt rotten! Will post pictures as soon as we have had a cuddle. Now just need to go to Ireland and see her!
Claire xoxo

Ah claire I was wondering how you were doing. Congratulations to Davids family on the new addition. Oh bless you, I just read your post and felt so sorry for you both, sometimes things just like to stack up against us… push you to your limits as they say. I do hope the bank sort out the cloning and let you have your money back, as far as gas companies go, they drive me insane, we have yet to find one that is any good. On a positive note, I hope the craft fair goes well and that you soon have some time to sit an enjoy your new home together.
    Bye for now,

Hi again, the scarf is sage green, a really pretty colour but not one I normally go for. I cant decide what length to do it though.
I’m off to a craft fair with mum at Newark showground this weekend… I will let you know how good it is, I’m getting a peak first to see if it will be worth having a stall at next year.

    Hello !
I just came by your blog via a blog via another blog etc.

I just wanted to say how lovely your images are. They remind me everything about my Nan. The embroidery especially. And the pictures are just like the ones I used to see in her old books.

It gave me a lovely warm fuzzy happy memories type of feeling. I lost my Nan just over 4 years ago – 2 weeks before I got married and I miss her lots. It’s nice to see things that remind you of happy people and times. OK, enough of the sad stuff !!!
